The competition took place on September 19 at the cooking school - Le Cordon Bleu Paris. The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs encourages training of young chefs through competitions that demonstrate their talent and skills. The winner received a training scholarship to Le Cordon Bleu, the Arthur Bolli Trophy, prizes from the Chaîne, Wüsthof, Bragard and Canadian Chefs-Hats ®.
